We export extra virgin olive oil to highly demanding markets.

Our location in the Southern Hemisphere represents a strategic advantage: we produce counter-seasonally, providing fresh oils that help supply and complement international blends at key moments in the global production calendar.

Established presence,
future vision

We produce approximately 10% of Argentina’s extra virgin olive oil.

With an annual production of around 2,800 tons, we continue to strengthen our presence in the international market.

Our goal is to drive expansion toward 2029 in Coronel Dorrego, adding 500 hectares of new plantations and building a new processing facility.

Controlled
storage

The oil is stored in food-grade stainless steel tanks with a total capacity of 1,000 m³, designed to preserve its quality over time.

This system ensures:
• Controlled atmosphere (no light, no oxygen)
• Stable temperature
• Batch homogenization for consistent exports

Controlled storage is key to maintaining stability, shelf life, and sensory profile, especially in export operations.

Our oil meets strict physico-chemical parameters and holds certifications that support its quality and food safety:

  • Acidity below 0.3%
  • Peroxide value below 8
  • Gluten-free
  • Kosher certified

These certifications guarantee a product suitable for different markets, cultures, and consumers, reinforcing trust, traceability, and transparency.

Along this path, together with INTA and Agromillora as a strategic partner in plant genetics, we have developed one of the most significant olive variety trials in the country, reinforcing an innovative and long-term vision for olive cultivation.
