In Famatina and Coronel Dorrego, we apply solutions adapted to each territory, integrating automation, precise monitoring, and clean energy.
In this way, we develop a modern and sustainable olive-growing model aimed at generating long-term value in the regions where we operate.
High density
Scale, efficiency, and
quality in every hectare.
We work with high and super-high-density systems that enable mechanized harvesting, fast and synchronized with the mill, reducing the time between harvest and milling while preserving the quality of the fruit.
Every minute optimized between the olive tree and its processing at origin has a direct impact on the final quality of the oil.

The combination of early harvest + immediate milling allows the oil to retain green notes, an intense fruitiness, and a balanced profile of bitterness and pungency. All of this is possible because high-density cultivation optimizes every minute between the tree and the bottle.

The estates are equipped with automated drip irrigation, supplied by wells, designed to maximize water efficiency and crop health.

Renewable energy

We implement clean energy as part of a responsible, long-term production model.
Our energy matrix combines:
- Photovoltaic solar panels.
- Biomass from de-stoned olive pomace is used as industrial fuel.
This dual system combines high thermal efficiency with waste reduction and lower gas consumption.

We operate the only New Holland Braud 9090X Olive harvester currently in use in Argentina, specifically designed for super-high-density olive groves.
- Up to 7 hectares harvested per day.
- Selective vibration that protects the tree.
- Clean, precise harvesting with minimal loss.
- Lower oxidation and improved fruit hygiene.
This technology allows us to synchronize harvesting and milling with maximum precision.

Mechanized pruning
Pruning is a central part of olive grove management. We apply mechanized and targeted pruning systems that ensure:
- Hedgerow uniformity.
- Productive renewal.
- Balance between yield and quality.
Each intervention is designed to support the olive tree’s cycle and maintain the efficiency of the intensive system.
Mechanized planting
Innovation that leads the way.
We have incorporated the first mechanical olive planter from the Spanish company Juansa in Argentina, designed for fast, precise, and uniform planting.

The mechanization of planting ensures efficiency from day one and strengthens a modern and scalable agricultural model.
Nursery
In-house seedling production.
Our nursery allows us to produce up to 250,000 seedlings per year, ensuring genetics, quality, and uniformity from the origin.

This control from the plant to the final oil strengthens our fully integrated value chain model.
